How do I set up conversion tracking?
To set up conversion tracking, navigate to Settings > Tracking > Postback URLs. Copy your unique postback URL and add it to your affiliate network's postback settings. Make sure to include the required parameters like click_id and payout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for annual enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Account Settings > Subscription. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at your next billing cycle.
How do I add team members to my account?
